Cala Millor Beerfest

Mallorca's east coast holiday resort, Cala Millor, will be paying a tribute to the world's finest drink this month with its very own version of Munich's Oktoberfest beer festival.

Cala Millor's very first Beer Fair (I Fira de la Cervesa in Catalan) takes place on the 24^th September and will be part of the town's annual tourist fiesta from 24^th to 27^th of the month.

Whilst the prospect of drinking lots of beer is good enough, the news gets even better as there will be food – typical sausages, amongst other things – at 'economical' prices and entertainment too.

Lined up already are a concert by Ibiza's famous chill-out Flamenco guitarist Paco Fernandez and a super fireworks display on the last night of the fiesta.
