Assaig Argie Bargie
lots of percussion, rock, ska and reggae
Let's hold our hands up to the Argentinians; they've got the best steaks in the world, the best football matches, the most shamelessly outrageous hair styles, and as we'll see next month, some of the most infectiously danceable music ever!
The Sala Assaig (C/ Gremi De Porgadors 16)in Palma plays host to a football team sized Argie band - Los Autenticos Decadentes – who've been top of the tree in Arentina for around 20 years or more. With a blend of Latin American rhythms, lots of percussion, rock, ska and reggae they're an irresistible force to be reckoned with.
If you want to combine sing-a-long fun, dance and music then the Sala Asaig opens its doors at 20.00 on 7th November with tickets costing €20 in advance and €25 on the door.
