Stanley Jordan in Palma

plays two guitars simultaneously!

The Blue Jazz Club in Palma de Mallorca's Hotel Saratoga has a very special concert next week when guitarist Stanley Jordan will perform.

Jordan burst onto the Jazz scene in 1985 with the grammy nominated gold album 'Magic Touch,' so called because of his 'touch' or 'tap' technique on the guitar.

He'll be promoting his latest album, 'State of Nature,' on which he uses some quite revolutionary techniques to play two guitars or guitar and piano, simultaneously! You can see this live on the video clip of his performance of Miles Davis' All Blues from the new album.

He'll be at the Blue Jazz Club on April 2nd at 23.00. It's €25 or €60 with dinner.
