Resort
on 16th June when Culinary Safari III takes place there. A feast of fine food and fine wine will be produced at the hands of some of Europe's finest chefs in a relaxed, convivial
atmosphere to make an outstanding gourmet evening.

Eight top chefs with no less than SIX Michelin stars between them will be on hand to chat, show how the dishes are prepared using both modern and traditional methods and generally leave guests in
epicurean ecstasy!

The chefs who'll be producing the evening's fare are;

'Chef of the Century' Eckart Witzigmann

Christian Jürgens from the Überfahrt

The evening starts at 19.00 with Champers and a live sax set on the bar terrace and slowly moves on a culinary tour of the hotel, including its gardens, Aqua restaurant and – really exciting for

Sea bass with avocado, green almonds and elderflower oil

Lamb from Aragón

Foie gras parfait with orange blossom gelatine, mango puree, spices and crispy chocolate bread

followed a flavour explosion from the dessert buffet
