Mallorca Gastronomy: Sweet Temptation

There'll be no need to worry about leaving enough room for a dessert at the next event of those gastronomically great chefs of "_blank">'chefsins' because it consists entirely of sweets and dessert wines!

The third 'Gastro Tast' takes place over 3 evenings; 25th, 26th and 27th April, all at 21.00, and features some of Mallorca's finest chefs and dessert makers as well as wines from the Mortitx, Son
Bordils and José Luis Ferrer bodegas. For only €3 each night, there will be 'show cooking' demonstrations of how to prepare the delicious desserts and of course tastings of both them and the wine.

Chefsins do some wonderful work promoting the culinary offer of Mallorca and recently organised a 'pop up' tapas tasting in Santa Catalina market to
celebrate Balearic Day.

This time the venue is in the HQ of Amadip Esment, (Avenida Cid 1, Son Ferriol, Palma) a non-profit organisation founded over 40 years ago to help mentally handicapped people and readers may know
them from our story about artful ensaimada boxes a couple of months ago.

It's a great opportunity to sample some of the fine work by these chefs at an amazingly low price so do try to get along.
