Power balladeer at Son Fusteret
The 'pop up' concert venue of Son Fusteret in Palma is the venue for one of the 80's biggest artists' concert in June – Michael Bolton! The power balladeer/soft rocker who started his career as a real heavy rocker will be in town on Thursday 15th June on the European section of his Greatest Hits tour.
Famous not only for his monster hits in the 80's like (Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay, How Am I Supposed to Live Without You, and When a Man Loves a Woman but also for his outrageous mullet hairstyle which he had cut off in 1998 and auctioned for charity he is also an an accomplished songwriter. The Grammy award winner who also collects royalties as the writer of big hits like Cher's I found someone has also sold over 75 million records himself, though hasn't featured in the charts since the 90's.
Tickets for the concert start at a reasonably priced €35 for general entry, rise to €55 in the stands, and VIP and Gold tickets are also available at €80 and €90 and can be bought online by clicking the link.
The only question I'm left pondering is who on earth bid for Michael's mullet and how much? Any ideas anyone?
