Wine gives life
Here's a great chance to drink lots of fantastic wine and help save people's lives. It's the third Inca Wine Night, a charitable event which promotes the lovely, lovely wines of the area with all the proceeds going to charity – the Give Life Association of the Balearics for donors of blood, organs and the spinal chord.
It's organised by the local business association and the Petits Cellers de Mallorca wine producers and takes place in Inca's Fabrica Ramis; a former leather factory, now a multi-purpose cultural/events space.
The date for your diary is Saturday 20th October from 18:30 until 23:30 and you can pay for tickets on the night. Like most of these sampling events you pay a fee to get in - €10 – and a deposit for your wine glass - €3 – which you can cash in at the end or take the glass home as a souvenir.
With glass in hand you can sample the wines on offer from a variety of producers and if you want to buy a bottle there's a €3 discount included in your entry ticket. Now, don't worry about drinking on an empty stomach as there will be plenty of tapas available at what are described as 'popular' prices, which means we can all afford them!
As I said, it's all for a good cause so try to get along there for an unbeatable selection of wine and food at unbeatable prices.
