Street Food Festival XIV
No, it's not a humanitarian mission by Sir Bob Geldoff, it's the fourteenth edition of a weekend of fun, food, and entertainment in the swish surroundings of Mallorca's designer yacht harbour Port Adriano.
The port's Street Food Festival follows a simple but successful recipe which consistently draws tens of thousands of people to the luxurious surroundings of this marine haven situated at El Toro near Santa Ponsa.
Take a location with fabulous views of the sea, coast, and shining white yachts, stir in a large spoonful of food trucks bringing mobile gastronomy in all flavours, tastes, and sizes, add a pinch of live music and entertainment for young and old, and season with a large good natured crowd enjoying the sunshine, and voila, there's a perfect day out!
Street Food XIV takes place at Easter, so you've plenty of time to plan a trip, on Friday to Sunday, 10th to 12th April. It's a lovely day out for all the family with activities for kids, plenty of shops for grown ups, and of course the main focus of the day, lots of food and drink for all.
As yet, the full details of which food truckers will roll in are not confirmed, but be assured that tons of delicious finger food from all corners of the world, with meat, without meat, and for different dietary requirements will be available, along with 0% beer for the designated drivers!
All this, and it's totally FREE to enter, just remember to pace yourself.
